Welcome to Windermere Nevada

 

Founded in 1972 by John Jacobi, Windermere has grown to become the largest independent regional real estate brokerage throughout the Western U.S.  Our core values, which are built on, Relationship’sProfessionalism, Collaboration and Community permeate throughout out our entire system of 300 offices, 7000 agents located in 11 states.

We believe in hiring the best people, giving them the best tools and creating thriving communities.

Our vision is to build the premier real estate brokerage in California, expanding across the state strategically.  We will position ourselves in key markets and partner with local leaders who match our core values.

We currently have 14 offices throughout Northern California with several more on the horizon.  Although we are focused on growing our Northern California footprint it is not just for growth sake.  Maintaining the integrity and culture of the Windermere brand is key to our growth strategy that is why we begin by meeting and developing relationships with other professionals in our industry first.

Professional Real Estate Operators join us because our Pro-Broker offering is unlike any other.  Because we are a 2nd generation family owned and operated real estate brand we don’t have a corporate culture.  As a Windermere Owner you have the flexibility to run your business as you desire while receiving the support of something much larger.  Our tools, systems, training and support help aid in the growth of your business.  We don’t believe in golden hand cuffs or penalizing your growth.  We have a short term license agreement and our fee’s are some of the most favorable in the industry.
